Shipping Information

Australian Shipping: We absorb the cost of standard shipping within Australia. If you need express shipping, this can easily be selected at checkout.

International Shipping: Rates are usually calculated automatically at checkout, but we encourage you to email your shopping list for a custom quote especially on larger orders.
- Insurance: Its your choice if you would like to secure your order by adding insurance to your delivery. Every effort is made to ship items securely, with tracking but we recommend adding insurance on orders over $200.00.

Some items may need to be sourced or produced after your order is confirmed. I’ll always keep you updated.

All packages include tracking. However, Dancewear For You is not responsible for monitoring tracking after dispatch — we recommend you keep an eye on your parcel using the tracking details provided.

If your package is returned to us due to a missed delivery or failure to collect, re-shipping will be at your expense.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges

Standard items: You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to request an exchange or return (conditions apply).

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Re-stocking fee: A $30.00 re-stocking fee applies to exchanges/returns to help cover the costs of bringing premium stock into Australia and delivery to you. Where possible, this fee will be reduced to minimize your expense. Just email your request.

Accessories, crystals, fabric, trimmings, underwear, and gift cards

Special orders, wide fit/custom colour/made-to-measure dance shoes (e.g., Aida Dance Shoes)

Important Information on Sale and Discounted Items
While we cover the shipping cost within Australia for your initial order, please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale, discounted, or clearance items.
With online shopping, most businesses retain the original shipping fees when an exchange or return occurs. Since we have absorbed your shipping cost already, we regret that discounted or clearance items must be final sale.
However, we are always here to help! If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or any other concerns before ordering — or if you're unsure about anything after receiving your order — please don't hesitate to contact us.
Faulty Items
If an item is found to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be offered (no re-stocking fee applies). Please email us first before returning any items.
