We want to let you know about some important changes affecting deliveries to the United States.
Due to new US import tariff rules, Australia Post (along with other postal operators) has temporarily paused shipping parcels to the USA and Puerto Rico. This pause is in place until a new system is ready that meets the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements.
What this means for you:

From 26 August 2025, parcels to the USA and Puerto Rico can’t be sent until further notice.
Australia Post is working with Zonos®, an authorised CBP partner, to create a solution that will allow parcels to the USA to resume safely and smoothly. Once this is ready, we’ll let you know and share how you can register with Zonos® so you’ll be set up to continue receiving orders.
We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while these changes are put in place.
